* New particle layer property: Effect Size. This makes it easier scaling the whole effect

* bugfix: text layers attached to a container layer can now display dynamic content
* bugfix: property textboxes now correctly update when focused
* bugfix: model layer lighting problem fixed
* bugfix: particles are now correctly emitted perpendicular to the (rotated) launching surface
* bugfix: the top face of the cube is now correctly textured
* bugfix: the faces of the cube are now correctly sorted (required for transparent textures)
* bugfix: the container layer now correctly displays the plus symbol (+) in the layer and property listboxes
* bugfix: FXs applied to the model layer now can use the 2nd texture.
